About the Role: Be the warm, welcoming face of our cafe! Help create a cozy, fun vibe with great service and lively interaction ensuring every customer feels at home. What You’ll Do: Greet and seat guests Take & serve orders Explain specials & menu items Explain about us and our space Clear tables, manage cleanliness Support cafe events and workshops Process payments Seek feedback and address concerns Assist founders in operations tasks during low volume hours What We’re Looking For: Friendly and energetic personality Good communication skills Team player with a customer-first mindset Prior cafe/hospitality experience is a plus.
