Guest Relation Executive

As an employee at The Westin Kolkata Rajarhat, your role involves assisting management in various aspects to ensure a positive guest experience and a productive work environment. Your responsibilities include: - Training, evaluating, counseling, motivating, and coaching employees - Serving as a role model and first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process - Developing and maintaining positive working relationships within the team - Supporting the team to achieve common goals and addressing employee concerns appropriately - Following company policies and procedures, reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions - Completing safety training and certifications, ensuring a clean and professional personal appearance - Maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information and protecting company assets - Welcoming and acknowledging guests, anticipating and addressing their service needs - Assisting individuals with disabilities and expressing genuine appreciation to guests - Speaking using clear and professional language, preparing and reviewing written documents accurately - Answering telephones with appropriate etiquette, ensuring adherence to quality standards - Entering and locating information using computers/POS systems - Performing physical tasks such as standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, and moving objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance - Fulfilling other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors Preferred Qualifications: - Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent - Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience - Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience - License or Certification: None The Westin is committed to empowering guests to enhance their well-being while traveling, aiming to become the preeminent wellness brand in hospitality.
