To strengthen our customer interaction and front-office operations, we are hiring a Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) for our Kharadi office.

Job Summary

The Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) will be responsible for welcoming walk-in clients, understanding their requirements, guiding them through project details, coordinating site visits, and providing strong support to the sales team. This role is customer-facing and requires excellent communication, grooming, and hospitality skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Interaction & Front Desk Management

  • Welcome and attend to all walk-in clients, prospects, and visitors.
  • Understand customer requirements and explain available real estate projects, pricing, amenities, and advantages.
  • Ensure high standards of hospitality, presentation, and communication.
  • Manage reception area, phone lines, inquiry logs, and appointment schedules.

Sales Coordination

  • Register customer details accurately and ensure timely data entry into CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for meetings, follow-ups, and client interactions.
  • Assist in generating leads, follow-ups, and ensuring timely response to customer queries.
  • Support sales documentation, booking forms, and KYC processes.

Site Visits & Property Showcasing

  • Organize and accompany clients during site visits.
  • Explain project features, layout plans, amenities, location advantages, and other selling points.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with on-site teams regarding property readiness.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on footfalls, inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Prepare MIS reports as required by the sales leadership.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all customer documents.

Customer Service & Issue Resolution

  • Address basic customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
  • Escalate grievances to seniors when required.
  • Ensure a positive and memorable customer experience throughout the engagement process.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Presentable personality with professional etiquette
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic email communication
  • Confidence to interact with high-value clients
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
  • Hospitality/Management graduates will be preferred

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, front-desk, sales coordination, or real estate
  • Freshers with strong communication and grooming will also be considered

Working Conditions

  • 6 days working (weekly off as per company policy)
  • Must be comfortable working on weekends
  • Mix of office-based and site-based duties
