Guest Relation Executive

As a Front Desk Receptionist at our hotel, your role involves interacting with guests, managing reservations, resolving problems, handling administrative duties, promoting services, and coordinating with other departments. Your responsibilities include: - Greeting guests warmly, answering phones, and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions. - Taking and confirming reservations, managing booking systems, and handling cancellations. - Addressing guest complaints promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction. - Maintaining guest records, handling cash and credit card transactions, and managing the front desk area. - Informing guests about special features like the spa, restaurants, and events to promote hotel services. - Liaising with other departments such as housekeeping, sales, and maintenance to ensure a smooth-running operation.
