With 10+ restaurants and delivery kitchens across the country, Burma Burma offers exceptional food and exemplary service. Job Overview: We are looking for a friendly and professional GRE to welcome and seat guests, manage reservations, and ensure a positive dining experience at Burma Burma Restaurant & Tea Room. Key Responsibilities: Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Manage reservations and guest waiting times efficiently. Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries or special requests. Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff for smooth operations. Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area. Requirements: Previous customer service or hostess experience preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Positive attitude and professional appearance.
