Job Description

The Guest Relation Executive is responsible for delivering warm, personalized, and memorable guest experiences. She will act as the primary point of contact for guests, handle check-ins, manage special requests, coordinate activities, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

This role is highly guest-facing and requires a pleasant personality, excellent communication, and strong hospitality etiquette.

Minimum Experience Requirement

  • 1–3 years of experience in Guest Relations / Front Office / Reservations / Customer Service in hotels or resorts.
  • Freshers with outstanding communication & grooming may be considered in exceptional cases.

Key Responsibilities Guest Interaction & Service

  • Welcome guests on arrival with a warm, professional approach.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures smoothly and courteously.
  • Manage guest requests, complaints, and feedback with empathy and prompt action.
  • Ensure special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, honeymoon, etc.) are well-coordinated with F&B and housekeeping.
  • Maintain strong guest relationships throughout their stay.

Coordination & Communication

  • Work closely with housekeeping, F&B, activity team, and transport to ensure seamless service.
  • Update guest preferences, feedback, and service issues in the property management system (PMS).
  • Handle guest concierge services such as local sightseeing, travel arrangements, routes, and recommendations.
  • Share daily activity schedules, resort rules, and safety information with guests.

Front Office Responsibilities

  • Support front office operations during peak hours.
  • Maintain accurate records (guest profiles, billing, room keys, amenities).
  • Handle phone calls, email queries, and special service coordination.
  • Ensure lobby, reception and guest areas are neat and welcoming.

Guest Experience & Upselling

  • Identify guest needs proactively and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Promote in-house activities, spa treatments, dining experiences, and special events.
  • Assist in managing guest feedback platforms (Google Reviews, OTA reviews, TripAdvisor).

Qualifications & Skills Essential

  • Graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, or any discipline.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Regional Languages.
  • Strong grooming standards and professional etiquette.
  • Ability to handle guests politely and patiently.
  • Confidence, positive attitude, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of PMS software (Opera / IDS / Cloud PMS).
  • Experience in boutique or luxury resorts.
  • Capability in handling foreign guests.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
