Position: Guest Relation Executive cum Admin executive (On rolls of Colliers) Company Name: Colliers India Pvt Ltd Website: www.colliers.com Job Location : Lower Parle - Mumbai Client: Corporate Office Number of days working: 5 days (Mon- Fri) DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as the primary point of contact for customers. Develop long-term relationships with key customers. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Keep customers informed about new products, services, or updates. Communicate customer feedback to internal stakeholders for process improvements. Address and resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently. Analyze recurring issues and work with teams to find long-term solutions. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and actions. Contribute to the development of customer-centric strategies and policies. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors strategies to enhance customer engagement. Ensure all safety guidelines/requirements are met by team members/vendors. Ensure submission of DMR. Ensure Submission of MMR by 10th of every month. Ensure all services are performed as per Standard Operating Procedure Processes invoices for management approval pertaining to facility management services Note: Candidate with good communication skills are required for this role.
