Job Opening: Guest Relations Executive Location : Guwahati, Assam Salary : ₹14,000 - ₹20,000 per month Experience : Minimum 2 years Job Type : Full-time Female Candidates preferred Key Responsibilities : Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Address and resolve customer queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and efficiently. Ensure that all guests receive the highest quality of service throughout their visit. Assist in managing guest reservations and seating arrangements. Maintain a clean and organized guest area. Communicate guest preferences and special requests to relevant departments. Assist in promoting the restaurant’s services and special offers. Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations. Handle guest complaints and concerns with a positive attitude. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions. Required Skills & Qualifications : Minimum of 2 years of experience as a GRE or in front desk. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A friendly, approachable, and professional attitude. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills. Knowledge of food and beverage services is a plus. Fluent in English and Hindi .
