Location : Sarjapura, Bangalore Role & responsibilities Welcome guests warmly and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently and professionally. Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure guest satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams (housekeeping, food & beverage, front desk, etc.) to fulfill guest requirements. Maintain guest records, reservations, and feedback. Upsell services, special packages, and promotions to enhance guest experience. Address and resolve guest concerns promptly to maintain positive relations. Ensure all areas of the guest experience align with company service standards. Assist in event planning and execution as required. Maintain a welcoming and professional environment at all times. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in guest relations, customer service, or a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
