Opening for The Great Escape Water Park Location: Virar Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Guest Relations cum Event Organizer. This dual-role position involves building strong relationships with guests to ensure exceptional experiences and organizing seamless events from conception to execution. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Guest Relations Responsibilities: Guest Experience: Act as the first contact for guests, ensure warm welcomes, address queries, and resolve complaints promptly. Feedback and Improvement: Gather and analyze feedback to enhance services and build guest loyalty. Personalized Interaction: Use guest preferences to tailor experiences and foster strong relationships. Customer Support: Offer on-site support during events and train staff for exceptional service. 2. Event Organizer Responsibilities: Event Planning and Coordination: Plan and execute events tailored to client needs, including corporate, private, and public gatherings. Vendor and Team Management: Coordinate with vendors and oversee event setup and breakdown to ensure quality and timely delivery. Budget Management: Manage event budgets, track expenses, and prepare post-event financial reports efficiently. Marketing and Promotions: Promote events via social media, email, and materials in collaboration with the marketing team. Crisis Management: Anticipate issues, create contingency plans, and resolve on-site challenges promptly Qualifications and Skills Essential: Bachelors in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field. Proven experience in guest relations or event management. Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking. Detail-oriented under pressure; proficient in event software and MS Office. Creative problem-solving and negotiation skills.
