Job Description

As a Guest Outreach Manager, your role will involve managing the end-to-end process of securing and coordinating podcast guests. You will be responsible for researching, identifying, and building a pipeline of potential podcast guests aligned with the show's theme and audience. Crafting compelling outreach messages, maintaining professional communication, and coordinating scheduling, confirmations, and reminders to ensure a smooth guest participation will be key tasks for you. You will also be preparing and sharing briefing materials with guests, acting as the main point of contact, and collaborating with the podcast host and production team to align guest choices with content strategy. Additionally, maintaining a CRM or guest database, assisting in promoting podcast episodes, and tracking outreach success and feedback to continuously improve the guest experience will be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Research, identify, and build a pipeline of potential podcast guests aligned with the show's theme and audience. - Craft compelling outreach messages and maintain professional communication with potential and confirmed guests. - Coordinate scheduling, confirmations, and reminders to ensure smooth guest participation. - Prepare and share briefing materials with guests (episode format, talking points, technical setup). - Act as the main point of contact for podcast guests, ensuring a positive and professional experience. - Collaborate with the podcast host and production team to align guest choices with content strategy. - Maintain a CRM or guest database with contact details, status, and follow-up actions. - Assist in promoting podcast episodes by coordinating with guests for cross-promotion on social media and professional platforms. - Track outreach success, guest engagement, and feedback to continuously improve the guest experience. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, PR, or related field (preferred). - 3-5 years of experience in guest relations, outreach, PR, or podcast/media management. - Experience handling professionals, influencers, or high-profile guests is an advantage. - Excellent communication and networking skills (both written and verbal). - Familiarity with podcasting platforms and scheduling tools. - Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering seamless guest experiences.,
