Job requirements What You’ll Do Provide outstanding customer support through phone, chat, and email, ensuring a seamless experience. Address and resolve visa-related inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain an in-depth understanding of Atlys' products and services to assist customers effectively. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently. Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system to maintain data integrity. Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution and ensure satisfaction. Identify and contribute to process improvements that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Stay updated on visa policies, travel regulations, and Atlys' evolving product offerings. Utilize customer support tools and software to optimize response times and service quality. Who You Are Experience: Minimum 6 months in a customer-facing role, preferably in travel, visa services, or a similar field. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to resolving customer issues with efficiency and empathy. Customer-First Mindset: High level of ownership, patience, and professionalism when handling diverse inquiries. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and customer support tools. Flexibility: Willing to work rotational shifts and rotational week offs (5 days a week, 10-hour shifts with a 1-hour break). Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills to ensure accurate documentation and issue tracking.
