Maintenance and Security is good inside the premises... It's a big place and therefore you have to get sure where you have to go...at the entrance You have to mention in register exact place where you are going... Ask security guard, they'll guide you how to go to such room/floor/department.

Non informative officers. Lower ranked officers are the main work force there and they are well informed. Work process is very slow. They'll keep you in waiting as long as they can

It was Central Excise building before implementation of GST i.e. 01/07/2017. Now it is GST Bhawan , Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance under Govt. Of India. Nice location and staffs are cooperative.
