Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced GSA / Senior GSA to join our team at Rakabi The Fern, An Ecotel Hotel. Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, including guest service and reception duties.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests and resolve complaints professionally.
Maintain accurate records and reports of hotel transactions.
Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in front office operations, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for interacting with guests and staff.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to handle complex issues efficiently.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications is essential.
A graduate degree in any field is preferred, although other qualifications may be considered.
