Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a GSA - Housekeeping and F&B Service professional in Regenta Place, Mohali. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate housekeeping services to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Supervise and train staff members to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
Coordinate with the food and beverage team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to prevent cross contamination.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve operational goals and objectives.

Job Requirements

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and staff.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and service.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in a physically demanding environment.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software applications is an advantage.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
