Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for following company policies and procedures, reporting accidents and unsafe work conditions to the manager, maintaining a clean and professional appearance, ensuring confidentiality of proprietary information, and protecting company assets. Additionally, you will welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guest service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. You will be expected to speak using clear and professional language, answer telephones with appropriate etiquette, develop and maintain positive working relationships, support the team to reach common goals, and comply with quality assurance standards. This role may require you to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time, move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance, and perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
