Were looking for enthusiastic, target-driven individuals to join our sales team and contribute to our growth Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to fresh and follow-up leads (both warm & cold). Explain project details and features of our real-estate offerings to prospective buyers clearly articulate benefits and pricing. Qualify potential buyers: understand their needs, answer queries, overcome objections, and build trust. Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients; assist during site visits as needed. Maintain and update CRM / lead database with accurate call records, follow-ups, client info and status until closure. Achieve monthly / quarterly sales and conversion targets as defined by the management. Collaborate with the sales/marketing team share feedback from prospects, suggest improvements, and help tailor customer outreach strategy. What Were Looking For Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree is compulsory. Experience: Ideally 13 years in telecaller and customer dealing. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills able to speak clearly and confidently in English. Sales & Persuasion: Strong negotiation skills, ability to handle objections, and convert leads into confirmed sales. Customer-centric attitude: Polite, professional, empathetic; focused on building relationships and delivering good customer experience. Organizational skills: Comfortable using computer / CRM tools, data entry, record-keeping, follow-ups.
