About the Role: We are looking for a Growth Product Manager to own the strategy, optimization, and execution of key conversion journeys. You will focus on turning users & learners into upsell through data-driven experimentation, enhanced UX, and product-led upsell opportunities. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of product, marketing, and learner experience, responsible for driving revenue by improving key conversion metrics throughout the learner lifecycle. You will be instrumental in coordinating engagement initiatives, crafting content that encourages user adoption, and collaborating with sales and product teams to deliver impactful customer experiences and drive tangible revenue results. Key Responsibilities: Conversion Strategy & Roadmap Own, track and improve the end to end user journeys. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align conversion priorities with campaign and revenue goals. Define and implement strategies to improve upsell conversion rates. User Journey Optimization Identify drop-off points in the learner journey using tools and CRM reports. Optimize CTAs, navigation & course selection flow. Own and iterate on key conversion surfaces: landing pages, checkout flows etc Implementation & Data Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion KPIs. Use analytics and learner behavior insights to inform UX decisions. Build dashboards or work with analytics teams to track conversion performance across cohorts, geographies, and programs. Upsell & Cross-Sell Activation Implement intelligent upsell and bundle strategies within user journey flows. Collaborate with content and marketing teams to promote certification paths and career-aligned learning tracks. Support loyalty and repeat purchase journeys and automation triggers. Ideal Candidate Profile Experience 8-10 years in product management, conversion optimization, or growth. Experience in driving revenue from upsell opportunities. Experience with B2C or B2B2C platforms—ideally in EdTech, e-learning, or digital certifications. Proven track record improving conversion funnels or e-commerce flows. Skills Deep understanding of funnel metrics: CTR, CVR, CAC, LTV, drop-off rates. Proficient with analytics & CRM tools Strong collaboration and communication skills to work cross-functionally with design, tech, marketing, and sales. Solid understanding of UX best practices, especially for high-intent users. Ability to achieve revenue targets YoY.
