You’ll be a key player in shaping category performance and revenue growth for our clients and internal brands. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Category Strategy & Research Take ownership of specific verticals. Conduct deep-dive user research and competitor benchmarking to identify and act on growth levers. 🔹 User-Centric Content & Engagement Collaborate with content and design teams to craft messaging that resonates. Develop creative strategies to boost user interaction and engagement. 🔹 SEO & Organic Growth Partner with our SEO experts to boost discoverability, improve site health, and increase non-paid traffic. 🔹 Marketing & Demand Generation Plan and execute multi-channel demand gen campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn , and other platforms. Drive qualified traffic and conversions. 🔹 Business Acquisition & Engagement Support business development by identifying opportunities, optimizing listings (where relevant), and coordinating onboarding for new partners. 🔹 Performance Monitoring & Revenue Management Track campaign and funnel metrics via GA4, Looker Studio, Ads Manager, and CRM tools . Monitor CAC, ROAS, LTV, and other critical KPIs to ensure revenue goals are met or exceeded. Who You Are: 2–5 years’ experience in growth or performance marketing roles. Skilled in running paid campaigns, funnel analysis, and executing user-focused experiments. Familiar with geo-targeted strategies and scaling across regions or verticals. Confident using tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio. Strong understanding of digital user journeys, performance metrics, and growth levers.
