Job Description

As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will leverage analytics, consumer insights, and channel testing to optimize acquisition, conversion, retention, and engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new growth opportunities and scale campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms. This role suits someone with strong analytical foundations, creative curiosity, and a bias for action. Roles and Responsibilities:

  •  Support end-to-end execution of growth campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
  • Analyze user funnels and marketing data to identify drop-offs, improve conversions, and drive retention.
  • Collaborate with brand and creative teams to develop high-performing ad assets and audience experiments.
  • Use analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Google Sheets) to track KPIs and report actionable insights.
  • Work on A/B tests, cohort analyses, and LTV/CAC tracking to inform marketing decisions.
  • Explore emerging platforms and test new acquisition, conversion or engagement levers (e.g., influencer seeding, short-form video ads).
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth campaign execution and reporting.


Role Requirement:

  • Education:

    Graduate/Postgraduate from a Tier 1 institute (IIT, IIM, ISB, etc.)
  • Experience: Minimum 1+ year of experience in analytics or growth/performance marketing.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, attribution, and paid media metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or TikTok Ads (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with D2C/e-commerce ecosystems or fast-growing digital-first brands is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, curiosity to learn, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
