About the Position Role: Growth Marketer Designation: Growth Marketing Manager Experience: 4-10 Yrs. Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office) - 5 Days Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Industry Type: Technology / SaaS product Functional Area: Marketing Roles Responsibilities: As a Growth Marketer at Salescode, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies and campaigns to acquire new customers alongside other high-impact activities. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to fuel our growth engine and optimize every aspect of our marketing funnel. Customer Acquisition : Implement and optimize acquisition strategies across various digital channels, including paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads), content marketing, SEO, email marketing, and more. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) : Conduct A/B tests and experiments to improve website and landing page conversion rates, ensuring a seamless user experience. Data Analysis : Continuously analyze performance metrics and customer data to identify growth opportunities, measure KPIs, and provide actionable insights. Content Strategy : Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, relevant content that resonates with our target audience and drives organic growth. User Research : Conduct customer research and gather insights to inform marketing strategies and product development. Experimentation : Champion a culture of experimentation, exploring new channels, tactics, and strategies to drive growth. Cross-Functional collaboration : Collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to align efforts and ensure a unified growth strategy. Reporting : Provide regular reports and presentations to stakeholders, outlining key performance metrics and growth initiatives. Key Skills Requirements: Proven experience in growth marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation, A/B testing tools, and others . Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
