We are rapidly expanding in-house team in technology, AI, CRM development, customer service automation, digital marketing. Job Overview: The role will be responsible for developing and optimizing digital campaigns for lead generation and marketing, manage budgets, analyze performance metrics, collaborate on content, and implement SEO/SEM strategies to maximize ROI. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and other relevant digital channels. Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize spending. SEO & SEM: Oversee SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic and paid search visibility, ensuring maximum reach and engagement. Content Collaboration: Work closely with content and creative teams to develop engaging ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that align with campaign objectives and brand voice. Budget Management: Plan, allocate, and monitor the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and high returns on ad spends. A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to measure ad effectiveness, optimize performance, and provide insights for continuous improvement. Audience Targeting and Segmentation: Utilize customer data for precise targeting, segmentation, and retargeting to drive conversions and retention. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry. - Proven track record of running successful digital campaigns with measurable ROI. - Expertise in using digital marketing platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and others. - Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics. - Proficiency in data analysis, budget management, and campaign optimization. - Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and best practices for lead generation. - Excellent communication and project management skills. Work Location: We Work, Survey No. 25, Eleven West, Baner, Pune. Shift Timings: US Shift, 6:30 PM IST to 2:30 AM IST. Work Setting: Work from Office, 5 Days a week.
