Product: Message Central - https://www.messagecentral.com/en-in Role Overview Were looking for a strategic and hands-on Growth Marketing Lead to own and scale the organic marketing engine for Message Central. Youll be responsible for driving qualified traffic, optimizing conversions, and positioning the product and brand effectively across markets. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and sales , with a mandate to turn our website into a high-performing revenue channel. The ideal candidate should have expertise in SEO, content marketing, branding, analytics, and marketing automation . Key Responsibilities Organic Marketing Own the website as a revenue-driving asset , with full responsibility for SEO, CRO, and content performance. Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles), business goals, and funnel stages. Optimize landing pages, CTAs, and user flows for lead quality and engagement. Drive geography-specific, multi-channel inbound campaigns to attract qualified leads and nurture users. Collaborate with developers to ensure technical SEO health and page performance. Branding & Strategy Ensure standardized brand messaging across all marketing platforms. Work with designers to create impactful multimedia assets for sales, support, and product teams. Align marketing efforts with sales, product, and support teams to integrate user feedback into strategies. Brand Funnel & Analytics Use tools like Google Analytics and Mix panel to analyse customer behaviour and marketing performance . Optimize the brand funnel across acquisition, onboarding, conversion, and retention . Work with the product team to refine the user journey based on customer insights . Leverage AI-driven automation to streamline marketing processes, emails, and customer interactions. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in organic marketing, SEO, content strategy, and branding . Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and other marketing tools . Hands-on experience with marketing automation and AI-driven processes . Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
