Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in India for a Growth Marketing Lead. The Growth Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, creating marketing campaigns, managing digital channels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. The individual will also monitor performance metrics, optimize processes, and drive innovative solutions for scalable growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Marketing and Digital Marketing experience, including campaign management and execution
• Expertise in Data Analysis, Performance Metrics Monitoring, and Growth Strategy Development
• Familiarity with Content Marketing and social media platform optimization
• Strong leadership, project management, and team collaboration skills
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to implement innovative solutions for business growth
• Experience in managing budgets and working within timelines
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Knowledge of the ed-tech or learning industry is advantageous
