We are building 10,000 AI Agents that will power the next generation of business workflows. Our goal is to make senior business leaders adopt and deploy our AI agents as a core part of their workforce.

We are seeking exceptional talent to join our team of high-caliber thinkers and innovators, driving the momentum of AI adoption across global markets.

As Growth Marketing Lead at our US-based consulting company, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how our AI products and services reach the US, UK, and European markets. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary experts, conduct deep market research, and design strategies that deliver measurable impact across industries. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, travel to our California office, and influence the growth trajectory of a groundbreaking AI initiative.

Responsibilities

  1. Conduct thorough target market research to expand the company's customer base and drive revenue.
  2. Identify and assess challenges to drive business growth, while providing data-driven insights and recommendations on the promising markets.
  3. Advise on, develop, and implement a structured marketing and acquisition process, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.
  4. Plan and execute campaigns for targeted markets, while collecting and analyzing conversion rates and potential ROI to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  5. Manage the entire acquisition cycle from discovery to onboarding, conducting meetings to present offerings, developing insights, and guiding potential customers.
  6. Prepare tailored, accurate, and compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  7. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the customer projects are effectively executed.

  • Results-oriented with a proactive approach to taking on additional responsibilities.
  • Adept at understanding people, conceptual insights, and providing strategic input accordingly.
  • English Language Proficiency (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to think big, out-of-the-box thinking.

  2. Quantitative skills, including proficiency with Excel/Google Suite
  3. Strong communication skills
  4. Resourcefulness with the ability to parse internal documentation

  7. A champion of data accuracy and impeccable attention to detail
  8. Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and a passion for translating information into actionable insights
  9. A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
