Phase 1 (Months 1-3): YOU Do Everything
60-70 hours/week, hands-on execution:
- Run Meta Ads, Google Ads yourself (₹2-5L monthly spend)
- Create content using AI tools (Heygen, ChatGPT, Midjourney)
- Optimize WhatsApp Business API for customer acquisition
- Build landing pages, email campaigns, analytics dashboards
- A/B test everything, optimize daily

Phase 2 (Months 4-6): You Start Building Your Team
Once channels are proven:
- Hire Performance Marketing Executive (₹4-6 LPA) to handle paid ads
- Hire Content Creator (₹3-4 LPA) for social media and community
- You focus on: Strategy, hiring, team management, founder collaboration
Phase 3 (Months 7-12): You Become a True Leader
3-5 person marketing team under you:

Compensation & Growth Path
Year 1: ₹8-15 LPA + upto 0.5% Equity
- Base: ₹8-12 LPA (based on experience)
- Variable: 20% bonus on revenue targets

Year 2: ₹15-25 LPA + Team Budget

Skills Required
MUST-HAVE (Non-negotiable):
- 3-7 years D2C/FMCG/E-commerce marketing experience
- Hands-on Meta Ads + Google Ads (NOT just managed teams)
- AI tools proficiency (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, etc.)
- Proven track record: Scaled brand from <₹5L to ₹20L+ MRR
- Data-driven: Can build dashboards, analyze cohorts, optimize funnels
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- WhatsApp Business API experience
- Early-stage startup experience (0-50 employees)
- Pet owner/pet care category knowledge
- Team management experience
- Content creation skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 4-7 years of growth/performance marketing experience
- Proven experience scaling D2C brands
- Strong analytical and creative thinking
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
Salary Range
₹8,00,000 - ₹14,00,000 per year + 0.5% Equity (vesting over 4 years) + 20% Variable Pay
