We are looking for Growth Marketing Executive to work with our Marketing team who will be responsible for driving lead generation and pipeline growth through various marketing channels and campaigns, as well as actively participating in lead qualification and engaging prospects and customers effectively. Someone who has: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 4-6 years of proven experience in marketing with prominent experience in demand generation and B2B marketing, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry. Strong proficiency in Google Adwords, Expandi, Sales Navigator, and Hubspot is a must. Good to have: Experience in SEO Excellent analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments and functions. A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets. What you will do: Develop and execute demand generation strategies that align with the company's growth objectives. Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns to generate high-quality leads, including email marketing, social media advertising, content marketing, webinars, and events Collaborate with the content team to create compelling, data-driven content and assets that resonate with our target audience Analyze and report on the performance of demand generation campaigns, using data-driven insights to make improvements and achieve KPIs. Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead handoff and conversion are seamless, contributing to revenue growth. Utilize marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Expandi) to create and manage lead nurturing workflows. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for innovation and growth. Assist in the development of effective landing pages and conversion forms to capture leads. Identify and qualify sales leads through outbound cold calling, emails, and other prospecting methods. Engage potential customers in meaningful conversations, presenting our IDP solutions and their benefits. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and status in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads for further nurturing and conversion. Looking forward to speaking with you!
