Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Growth Marketer role based in New Delhi, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Growth Marketer will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies, analyzing marketing data, executing growth hacking techniques, generating leads, and utilizing web analytics to optimize campaigns. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Qualifications Proficient in Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking techniques Experience with Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics Skilled in Lead Generation and campaign optimization Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Experience in the wellness or health industry is a plus I’m the founder of OrganicSupp, a bootstrapped Ayurvedic supplement startup on Amazon & Flipkart.
