Role & responsibilities Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals and target audience needs. Social Media Marketing: Create, manage, and optimize social media campaigns across platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, facebook, etc.) to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Content Marketing: Produce high-quality, engaging content for various channels, including blogs, newsletters, social media, and websites, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing objectives. Growth Hacking: Utilize creative growth hacking techniques to identify new opportunities for user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Analyze data to drive decisions and improve marketing effectiveness. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using relevant metrics and analytics tools. Adjust strategies based on insights and performance data. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and social media. Preferred candidate profile Experience: 3+ years in a Growth or Marketing or related role, with a proven track driving quality inbound leads through multiple channels. Skills: Adept at developing and executing content marketing strategies that engage the target audience, drive traffic, and generate leads. Creative & Experimental: You enjoy testing new methods and are always looking for innovative ways to gain traction. Persistent & Resilient: Youre not afraid of rejection and see it as an opportunity to refine your approach. Tech-Savvy: Familiar with social media management and marketing analytics tools.
