Job Description

Role & Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute full-funnel growth strategies to acquire, engage, and retain learners across digital and offline channels.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns (SEO/SEM, display, social media) to meet lead and enrollment targets.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis, A/B testing, and cohort analysis to refine acquisition funnels and improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with product, content, and operations teams to launch new programs, promotional initiatives, and referral campaigns.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, budget spend, and ROI across growth channels.
  • Partner with external agencies and vendors to scale marketing efforts and explore innovative growth channels.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, or performance marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, PPC).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Analytics, SQL, and Excel.
  • Proven track record in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in the EdTech or online education sector.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • MBA or advanced marketing certification.
