Job Description

As a Growth Manager with a strategic mindset and at least 1 year of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer journey from lead acquisition to long-term loyalty. Your main objective will be to convert newly acquired leads into high-value customers through the implementation of advanced automation, experimentation, and segmentation techniques. This role requires a systematic approach and proficiency in retention platforms. - **Lead Management:** You will be in charge of the complete lead generation process and managing leads post-acquisition. - **Customer Lifecycle Automation:** Design, develop, and optimize intricate customer touchpoint journey automations across various channels. - **Segmentation & Campaigns:** Define, analyze, and manage customer segmentation to facilitate targeted campaign deployment and personalization. - **Experimentation:** Implement continuous A/B testing in automated journeys and campaigns to enhance conversion rates and maximize Customer Lifetime Value (LTV). - **Reporting & Insights:** Thoroughly monitor and report on campaign, journey, and segment performance data to derive insights that drive strategic business decisions. **Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:** - Minimum 2 years of dedicated experience in Growth Marketing, Retention Marketing, or CRM management. - Proficiency in using at least one retention marketing tool such as WebEngage, Clevertap, or Kwikengage. - High-level proficiency in presentation design using Canva or Microsoft PowerPoint (PPT). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and technical coordination skills for managing relationships with retention tool vendors and collaborating with internal teams. **Desired Skills:** - Creative Aptitude: Experience or proficiency in Copywriting or Graphic Design to create compelling messaging within automated journeys. - Data Visualization: Familiarity with data visualization tools like Looker Studio or Power BI to report on churn, LTV, and segment health.
