Why This Role Exists We need a dedicated Growth Hacker who can unlock organic growth from scratch, then scale winning loops without heavy paid spend. What You’ll Do Discover untapped organic channels Design & run rapid experiments (days, not weeks) with clear hypotheses and instrumentation. Instrument analytics to track north-star and supporting metrics. Embed growth loops directly into product flows—onboarding, share-cards, gamified prompts, etc. Systemize wins into repeatable playbooks and hand off mature channels to functional owners. You’re a Great Fit If You Have 3–6 years owning growth at B2C/D2C startups Are fluent in SEO at scale, content engine building, community-led growth, referral systems, product-led onboarding, ASO.
