Role Description Spearhead the ideation, development, and deployment of agentic AI models designed to automate key stages of the sales funnel. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI-driven sales automation and rigorously track and analyze their performance. Experiment with various AI architectures, tools, and data sources to optimize the effectiveness of sales agents. Integrate AI agents with existing CRM and marketing automation platforms. Analyze web analytics, user behavior, and sales data to identify opportunities for AI-driven growth and optimization. Continuously iterate on and improve the performance of AI sales agents through testing and data-driven insights. Develop and execute marketing strategies to support and amplify the impact of AI-driven sales efforts. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure the seamless integration and scalability of AI sales solutions. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, automation, and growth hacking techniques. Qualifications: Proven proficiency in growth hacking techniques and methodologies. Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience in applying them to business problems (specifically in sales or marketing is a significant plus). Experience with building or utilizing agentic AI models or similar automation technologies. Skilled in web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and conversion rate optimization. Experience in crafting and executing marketing strategies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and remotely, managing time and priorities effectively. Experience with startup environments is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Show more Show less
