Urgent Requirement Position - Growth Executive Location - Noida Sector- 62, C51, Near - Sector 59 Metro Station Company - Mckinsol Technologies Timing - 7:00PM to 4:00AM ( U.S Shift ) Roles and Responsibilities Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fitment for open positions. Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure timely communication with candidates. Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while maintaining accurate records of applicant tracking systems (ATS). Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to stakeholders. Desired Candidate Profile 1-3 years of experience in US staffing or related field. Strong understanding of ATS systems and ability to manage large volumes of data. Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively with clients and candidates.
