What you'll Do Build Lead the Growth Vertical: Develop and execute Without s growth strategy, integrating sales, marketing, and brand positioning, working closely with the Founder. Scale Revenue Streams: Drive revenue through product sales, B2B partnerships, and innovative monetization strategies. Grow Our Brand: Work closely with the Founder and our (amazing) advisors to position Without as a category-defining brand, ensuring our impact story reaches and resonates with the right audiences. Sales Partnerships: Lead sales efforts, secure high-value deals, and build lasting relationships with businesses aligned with our mission. Customer Acquisition Retention: Develop and execute campaigns that attract, convert, and retain customers across multiple channels. Your Compensation: An annual Cost-to-Company (CTC) between INR 15 25 lakhs. If money is the most important metric for you, please don t apply. There is a potentially large financial upside through the stock options mentioned below, but that will take years to materialize, especially as we are trying to build for the long term. Stock Options (ESOPS) in the legal entity that vests over an agreed-to tenure which will be around ~0.5%-1%. A 3-month mutual incubation period. Both you and we will have the option to end the agreement after three months if it isn t working out.
