An IC role, will need to build up from scratch Identify and acquire new business opportunities in permanent & contractual staffing. Build and maintain strong client relationships across India & international markets. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals. Understand client hiring needs and deliver customized recruitment solutions. Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless staffing solutions. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients. Stay updated on market trends & competitor strategies to optimize business growth. Preferred candidate profile Experience: 2-5 years in business development for recruitment (permanent & contractual staffing). Strong network & connections in the staffing industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills. Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and exceed sales targets. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
