As an Educational Counselor, you will play a crucial role in guiding prospective students through the course selection process and assisting them in achieving their professional goals. Key Responsibilities: Course Consultation: Engage with prospective students through various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.) to understand their educational and career aspirations. Provide detailed information about our US CPA, US CMA, and EA courses, highlighting their benefits and features. Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify the appropriate course(s) that align with each student's objectives, background, and skillset. Sales Target Achievement: Utilize your strong sales skills to effectively communicate the value of our courses and guide potential students through the enrollment process. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth. Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive, long-lasting relationships with prospective and enrolled students. Address their queries, concerns, and objections professionally and promptly. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest developments in the US CPA, US CMA, and EA fields, as well as any updates to our course offerings. Articulate the unique selling points of our courses compared to competitors. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with students in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop persuasive sales materials, presentations, and other resources to support your counseling efforts. Market Research: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and student feedback to provide insights that can inform course improvements and marketing strategies. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree or undergoing Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, Education, etc.). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Familiarity with US CPA, US CMA, and/or EA certifications is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering seminars, webinars, and guest lectures for both college students and working professionals across Tamil Nadu. The focus will be on career guidance, international professional certifications (CPA, CMA, EA, ACCA, etc.), global education pathways, and skill development . Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and deliver seminars, webinars, and workshops for students and working professionals . Conduct awareness sessions on global certifications like US CPA, US CMA, EA (Enrolled Agent), ACCA, and related programs . Provide career counseling and guidance to students and professionals. Represent the institution at colleges, corporates, universities, and industry forums . Work with internal teams to design student-friendly and industry-relevant content . Build and maintain academic & corporate partnerships across Tamil Nadu. Qualifications & Requirements PhD / M.Phil / Postgraduate in Commerce, Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field. 10+ years of teaching/professional experience in academics or industry. Strong public speaking, presentation, and motivational skills . Experience in seminars, workshops, or corporate training . Knowledge/experience in CPA, CMA, EA, ACCA, or global accounting certifications is highly preferred. Willing to travel across Tamil Nadu and conduct online sessions . Preferred Background Professors / Experts from Commerce, Accounting, Taxation, or Finance domains. Trainers or professionals with exposure to US CPA, US CMA, EA (Enrolled Agent), or ACCA .
