Group QA Analyst

Role Overview: Fortuna Entertainment Group is looking for a Group QA Analyst to drive quality assurance in critical business areas. As a Group QA Analyst, you will assess functionality, system feasibility, and risk mitigation throughout the product development lifecycle. Your role will contribute to product excellence, ensuring seamless user experiences and business continuity. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement comprehensive Test Strategies and Test Plans to ensure quality across critical business areas. - Identify key product components, systems, and test data requirements for effective test planning and execution. - Define detailed test scenarios and scope, including functional, feature, integration, regression, and other relevant testing types. - Continuously monitor and adapt test suites and regression tests based on changes in deliverables. - Lead Test Strategy and Test Plan handover sessions for seamless knowledge transfer. - Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, QA Leads, and development teams to align on testing objectives. - Engage in Agile and project-based planning and testing to support timely releases. - Provide support in test case creation, execution, updates, and test data preparation as needed. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a QA Analyst or in a similar quality assurance role. - Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) with strong written and verbal communication skills. - Interpersonal and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. - ISTQB Certification is preferred. - Hands-on experience with test case design, execution, and defect tracking. - Proficiency with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Xray, or similar). - Knowledge of SQL and database validation for data-driven testing.
