đŸ‘©â€đŸ’» The Role We're looking for a Group Product Manager (GPM) to lead product strategy and execution across key initiatives at Headout. You’ll manage and mentor a team of Product Managers while aligning cross-functional teams toward a shared product vision. In this role, you’ll shape how we acquire, retain, and delight users globally - through thoughtful strategy, user insights, and fast iteration. You’ll work at the intersection of business goals, user needs, and product innovation to help scale Headout from 5k to 50k experiences across the globe. đŸ€© What Makes This Role Special Lead with Vision: Set the strategy and direction for key pods, mentoring PMs and guiding teams through ambiguity with clarity and purpose. Build at Scale: Own and shape customer-facing and internal systems that improve user experience, boost conversions, and scale operational efficiency. Drive Growth: Use data and insights to continuously evolve the product, feeding learnings back into the roadmap for long-term impact. Cross-Functional Ownership: Partner closely with design, engineering, analytics, and ops to ship features that matter—fast. 🌟 What You’ll Bring Deep understanding of your target user and the ability to translate insights into high-impact features. Strong product sense—you know what great looks like, and how to get there. Ability to break down complex problems, make trade-offs, and prioritize based on user and business impact. Clear, structured communicator - whether it’s writing PRDs or aligning stakeholders. Comfortable coaching product managers and creating alignment across pods and functions. 💝 What Skills & Experience You Need 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a people management or leadership role. Proven track record of building and scaling products in fast-paced environments. Experience working in a metrics-driven and experimentation-led organization. Strong blend of user empathy and data fluency—able to turn research and analytics into action. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when driving alignment across cross-functional teams. Experience in a marketplace or platform business is a plus. Show more Show less
