Group Product Manager

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Handled a group or portfolio of products, often supervising multiple product managers. Hands on experience in handling Gynae, Pedia, Pedia-Gastro, Ortho, ENT, Derma segments. Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, helping them develop their skills, set objectives, and drive product initiatives. Define and align individual and team goals with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborate with senior leadership to define the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product portfolio. Identify market opportunities, analyze customer needs, and drive innovation to ensure the product meets both user expectations and business goals. To guide and draw insights, analyze data, craft brand plans, prepare collateral, train field force & ensure strategy execution, conduct cycle meets, evaluate new products for launch. Identify therapy gaps in given portfolio Suggesting product launches according to therapy gap Drives innovation at a portfolio level, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Requires strong communication and leadership skills to align multiple product teams and stakeholders. Extensive experience in product management, cross functional leadership and effective participation in the overall strategic planning of the group or portfolio in line with the company's goals. Involves travel across for Budget meets / Cycle meets / provide training to product managers to enhance their skills.
