Group Manager - Information Systems

You will be responsible for leading the IT transformation and ITIL implementation at Redaptive. Your role will involve overseeing the comprehensive implementation of ITIL practices such as change management, configuration management, release management, incident management, and service level management. You will work towards ensuring predictable, stable, and secure technology operations to support the high-growth energy efficiency and sustainability business operations. Additionally, you will be involved in managing IT teams in Pune, supporting project coordination, implementation oversight, change management, and user adoption strategies.
