We are looking for Group Leader for R&D for CDMO Business - API Molecules. Title: Group leader - CDMO To innovate methods of synthesis to achieve desired Project specifications for CDMO Clients. Industry you should be from : CDMO / CRO / CRM : API Level: Sr Manager Location: Pune Transport Facility : Yes 2nd & 4th Saturday are off. It's a Team leading role. You should be today leading a direct team of 1-2 and overall 6-8 in your vertical. Those looking for AGM role, please ignore this job post. Experience : 15 years to 22 Years in R&D Synthesis of API Molecules for CDMO Business. Qualification: Ph.D in Chemistry (Regular only) M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry (along with Regular Ph.D) Those with Part-time Ph.D / Correspondence Masters are not being considered. Must Haves: 1. At present and in the past, Interacting with CDMO Customers on an ongoing basis is a mandatory must have in your experience. 2. Regular Ph.D Degree. Candidates with online or Part-time PhD are not considered. 3. Regular M.Sc Organic Chemistry (No Correspondence) 4. You should be working in CDMO / CRAM / CRMO / CRO Business. Candidates working in R&D Centre and carrying out R&D role for in-house brand / Formulations products are not eligible. i.e R&D Centres carrying out Research for in-house domestic / your own company branded Pharma products are not eligible. You should be in Synthesis of molecules for global / domestic Customers / clients. Role: To innovate methods of synthesis to achieve desired Project specifications 1.Develop scalable and cost-effective processes for validation and commercial manufacture. 2. Provide line-level leadership and management coordination of resources and work schedules for laboratory activities. 3. Ensures that projects are completed in a timely manner so that company revenues are met, and clients are satisfied with the quality and turnaround time of work being performed. 4. Support Regulatory dept. for filing DMFs and other dossiers. 5. Successful validation of ongoing projects 6. Life cycle management of existing products 7.Provides leadership for problem resolution to facilitate technical improvements and build strong working relationships with Analytical/Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Project Managers, Development Group members and Clients. 8. Provides hands on lab support for ongoing Kilo lab projects as needed. 9. Interacting with CDMO Customers on an ongoing basis.
