Position Overview at Starizo
The Group HR Manager leads comprehensive HR operations across TVH Group entities, including TVH, Win Wind, Yuja Ventures, GSNR, and TM Bio Energy & Starizo. This strategic role ensures alignment of HR practices with business objectives through talent acquisition, compliance, performance management, HR systems, policy enforcement, and employee engagement. The position demands multi-location oversight from TVH Group offices, reporting to the HR Manager at TVH, with a salary range of 12-15 LPA (up to 30 LPA based on experience).
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Spearhead end-to-end recruitment for technical, managerial, and operational roles; develop talent pipelines, manage partners /job portals/referrals/campus hiring; drive employer branding for quality hires.
- Statutory Compliance: Achieve 100% compliance with PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus Act, Shops & Establishments Act, Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act; liaise with authorities, conduct audits, maintain records.
- Performance Management: Oversee appraisal cycles, KRA/KPI frameworks, goal alignment with business heads; implement improvement plans, recognition, and compensation decisions.
- HR Systems & HRIS: Implement/optimize HRIS for recruitment, on boarding, payroll, attendance, appraisals; ensure data integrity, user training, and analytics dashboards.
- HR Operations & Policies: Manage on boarding, payroll, employee database, grievances, disciplinary actions; develop/enforce policies for positive work culture.
- Employee Engagement & Training: Design welfare programs, team-building, leadership development; conduct surveys, feedback, and culture initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field (preferred); professional certifications (SHRM-CP/SCP, CIPD) highly desirable.
- 8-12 years progressive HR experience, with 3-5 years in managerial roles; multi-location/group company exposure preferred.
- Proven expertise in Indian labour laws, full-cycle recruitment, performance systems, HRIS/analytics.
- Preferred: Manufacturing, engineering, renewables sectors; greenfield/scale-up experience; campus/leadership hiring.
