6. Minimize Sharp Rating Migration Cases/Rating Quality
7. Ensuring quality and readability of rating report as well as rationale, press releases etc.
8. Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills to be able to handle complex situations
9. Ensuring timely completion of rating assignments.
10. Keeping track of changes in the respo default staective sectors & and bringing important facts to managements notice.
11. Operational Audit Qualifications
12. Presenting the case in the Rating Committee Meeting
13. Maintenance of MIS, quarterly results/ ntement, rating reckoner etc. 14. Leading & guiding the team of analysts working in the team.
15. Monitoring and measuring productivity of team members
16. Model the leadership behaviors and coach and mentor junior staff
