Group Account Manager — Job Description Role Purpose: As a Group Account Manager , you will lead multiple accounts or a portfolio of clients, ensuring strategic alignment, exceptional service delivery, and consistent business growth. You will oversee teams, drive collaboration across internal departments, and serve as the primary liaison between the agency and senior client stakeholders. Responsibilities: ✅ Account Leadership: Oversee multiple client accounts, ensuring strategies are aligned with client goals and business objectives. ✅ Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor. ✅ Team Management: Lead and mentor account managers and account executives to deliver best-in-class service. ✅ Strategic Planning: Develop, implement, and oversee multi-channel marketing strategies that drive client success. ✅ Campaign Execution: Ensure timely, on-budget execution of campaigns across digital, content, SEO, and other relevant channels. ✅ Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling additional services. ✅ Reporting & Analysis: Oversee the delivery of performance reports, insights, and recommendations to clients. ✅ Problem-Solving: Address and resolve client issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. ✅ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments—Creative, Web, SEO, Content, Tech, and Media—to ensure seamless delivery of client projects. ✅ Innovation: Keep up with industry trends and propose new ideas to improve client performance and satisfaction. Requirements: ⭐ 5–6 years of experience in account management within a marketing, digital, or advertising agency environment. ⭐ Proven track record of managing multiple accounts with successful outcomes. ⭐ Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire teams. ⭐ Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence at all levels. ⭐ Deep understanding of integrated marketing, digital campaigns, and multi-channel strategies. ⭐ Analytical mindset with a focus on KPIs and performance metrics. ⭐ Proficiency in using marketing and project management tools. ⭐ Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to fast-paced, dynamic environments. ⭐ Passion for delivering exceptional client service and driving innovation.
