Role Overview The Group Account Head at Barcode serves as a strategic leader responsible for overseeing multiple influencer marketing projects across diverse brand verticals. This senior role combines client leadership, team mentorship, and operational oversight to ensure impactful campaign delivery, strong client relationships, and profitability. The Group Account Head acts as a key liaison between internal teams and high-value clients, ensuring strategic alignment with Barcode's business objectives. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Leadership Define the strategic roadmap for influencer-led campaigns. Align project objectives with client goals and Barcode’s broader vision. Drive innovation through campaign strategies, platforms, and influencer collaborations. 2. Project Oversight Supervise the execution of multiple concurrent campaigns ensuring on-time and quality delivery. Manage campaign budgets and resource allocation across teams. Troubleshoot escalated challenges swiftly to safeguard outcomes. 3. Client Relationship Management Serve as the senior point of contact for premium clients. Lead presentations, campaign reviews, and strategic discussions. Cultivate long-term relationships and identify upscaling opportunities. 4. Team Management Mentor and lead a team of Account Managers and Executives. Facilitate performance evaluations, growth planning, and skill development. Ensure optimal team productivity through collaboration and feedback. 5. Financial Management Own the P&L for assigned brand clusters. Drive profitability and cost optimization across campaigns. Ensure financial forecasts, billing cycles, and revenue reporting are tracked effectively. 6. Operational Efficiency Optimize delivery processes through automation, workflow improvements, and SOP enforcement. Champion the use of project management tools to ensure visibility and accountability. 7. Market & Industry Engagement Stay abreast of influencer and content trends across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and emerging digital spaces. Represent Barcode at industry events and forums to elevate brand presence. 8. Business Development Collaborate with the sales team to support pitches for new businesses. Expand services offered to current clients and identify cross-sell opportunities. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Project Delivery: Timeliness, budget adherence, and campaign quality. Client Metrics: Retention rate, satisfaction scores (e.g., NPS), upsell ratio. Financial Performance: Revenue growth, margin targets, cost efficiency. Team Development: Engagement scores, attrition rate, promotion readiness. Operational Improvement: Process enhancements, tool adoption. Innovation: Implementation of new influencer strategies and tech. Business Impact: Number of successful pitches won, brand portfolio expansion. Preferred Experience & Skills 7+ years of experience in account management, preferably in digital or influencer marketing. Strong leadership and team management background. Proven track record of managing large-scale client relationships. Deep understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, and digital content formats.
