Ground Operations Lead (contractual)

As a Ground Operations Lead at Flix, you will play a crucial role in managing the operations in South India's booming bus market. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing a team of Operations Associates on the ground, guiding them to execute daily tasks efficiently and ensuring overall operational success - Monitoring and improving operational KPIs such as bus punctuality, service quality, bus station accessibility, and compliance - Overseeing the distribution of bus equipment and items, tracking inventory levels, and coordinating timely reorders with vendors - Collaborating with cross-functional teams for GoLive Activities and supporting new bus line launches - Enforcing quality and safety standards among bus partners, conducting regular audits, fixing discrepancies, and managing escalations - Working on increasing offline ticket sales share by developing a network of agents and through ground ops associates present in the city - Leading customer satisfaction initiatives, addressing feedback to enhance station experience, and creating bus stations across the region Qualifications required for this role include: - 4 years of hands-on experience in managing ground operations, fleet management in intercity travels operations, bus operators, or last-mile logistics company - Fluency in English, Hindi, Tamil/Telugu/Kannada - Strong interpersonal skills, stakeholder management skills, and ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment - Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and improve operational efficiency - Proficiency in Ms Excel and PowerPoint - Strong cross-functional team collaboration and stakeholder communication skills Flix offers you the opportunity to work in a rapidly scaling start-up environment where you can contribute to the seamless execution of intercity travel operations, ground operational excellence, data analysis, and vendor management processes.
