Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager based in Noida. The Territory Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within a designated region, develop strategies to grow revenue, build and maintain strong client relationships, and ensure excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include training and mentoring the sales team, setting and meeting sales targets, and driving market growth within the assigned territory. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to maintain relationships and ensure client satisfaction. Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including achievement of sales targets and territory growth. Experience in Training sales teams to improve performance and align with organizational goals. Analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and a results-driven approach to identify and act on growth opportunities. Ability to thrive in an on-site environment and collaborate effectively with teams. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Prior experience in the audio or electronics industry is a plus.
