Your responsibilities in this role will include overseeing ISO/IATF documentation and being hands-on with the documentation process. You will be involved in studying drawings to control plan documentation, managing PPAP requirements, and dedicating time on the shop floor to gain insights into defect origination and implementing corrective actions. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn continuously, persistent in trying new approaches, unafraid of failure, and skilled in grooming people. The ideal candidate for this position should have 2-3 years of experience and believe in the potential of young talent.
