Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Operating Grinding Machines: Loading workpieces, aligning them accurately, and operating the grinding machine to shape and smooth the piece. Setting Up and Adjusting Machines: Ensuring optimal performance and efficiency, including selecting the appropriate wheels and fixtures. Quality Control: Inspecting finished products for conformance to specifications and quality standards. Monitoring and Maintenance: Detecting malfunctions, ensuring proper functioning of the equipment, and maintaining tools and equipment. Safety Compliance: Adhering to all safety regulations and company policies. Documenting and Reporting: Documenting discrepancies or issues related to grinding processes. Collaborating with Team Members: Meeting production goals and timelines.
